Center Court Pickleball Club provides indoor pickleball facilities, memberships, court reservations, Open Play, leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, special events, community programs, retail products, promotional offers, digital services, and other pickleball-related services.

Specific services, availability, pricing, operating hours, membership benefits, reservation rules, participation requirements, and program details may vary by location and may change from time to time.

Use of Center Court facilities is also subject to applicable membership agreements, waivers, club rules, program requirements, and our published Club Policies .

Center Court respects the privacy of individuals participating in our messaging programs.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Center Court may share information with vendors and service providers that assist us in operating our communications, technology systems, membership services, reservation platforms, or messaging services when necessary to provide those services on our behalf.

Those service providers may only use the information as necessary to perform services for Center Court and are not authorized to use SMS opt-in information or consent for their own marketing purposes.

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use Center Court services independently.

Individuals under the age of 18 may use certain Center Court services only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian when required.

A parent or legal guardian who creates an account, completes a registration, executes a waiver, or purchases services on behalf of a minor accepts responsibility for the minor's participation and compliance with applicable Center Court rules.

Age restrictions may apply to specific programs, memberships, events, or facility usage.

Some Center Court services require creation of an account through Center Court or an authorized third-party platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You should notify Center Court if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Center Court reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect our members, guests, employees, systems, or services.

Memberships, reservations, Open Play sessions, clinics, leagues, tournaments, lessons, events, retail purchases, promotions, and other Center Court services may be subject to additional terms, pricing, restrictions, cancellation rules, deadlines, eligibility requirements, and availability.

When additional terms are presented in connection with a particular membership, reservation, purchase, promotion, or program, those additional terms become part of your agreement with Center Court.

If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and a specific written membership agreement, promotional agreement, waiver, or program agreement, the terms of the more specific agreement will govern the subject addressed by that agreement.

You agree to pay all charges associated with purchases, memberships, programs, reservations, events, products, and other services you authorize.

You authorize Center Court and its payment providers to process applicable charges using the payment method you provide.

Recurring memberships or other recurring services will continue according to the terms presented when you enroll unless canceled or modified in accordance with the applicable membership or service agreement.

Taxes, processing charges, convenience fees, initiation fees, guest fees, cancellation fees, or other charges may apply when disclosed in connection with a transaction or applicable club policy.

From time to time, Center Court may offer promotional pricing, introductory memberships, trial periods, referral offers, discounts, giveaways, contests, or other promotional programs.

Promotional offers may have separate eligibility requirements, start and end dates, participating locations, usage restrictions, conversion terms, or other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued as permitted by applicable law.

Where a trial or promotional membership automatically converts into a paid membership, the applicable conversion terms will be disclosed as part of the offer or enrollment process.

Participation in pickleball and other physical activities involves inherent risks.

All members, guests, participants, and spectators may be required to complete applicable waivers, releases, acknowledgments, or other participation documents before participating in certain Center Court activities.

These Terms do not replace any separate liability waiver, membership agreement, or participation agreement required by Center Court.

You agree to comply with posted safety requirements, instructions from Center Court employees, and applicable Club Policies while using Center Court facilities.

You agree to use Center Court websites, accounts, forms, systems, networks, and services only for lawful purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our systems, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, impersonate another individual, submit false or misleading information, misuse promotional programs, scrape or automatically extract protected website content without authorization, distribute malicious software, or use Center Court services in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Center Court may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe our website, systems, accounts, employees, members, guests, or services are being misused.

When you provide an email address, mobile telephone number, or other contact information to Center Court, you agree that Center Court may communicate with you electronically as permitted by applicable law and according to the communication preferences and consent you have provided.

Electronic communications may include account information, receipts, reservation information, membership notices, operational notices, customer service communications, and other information related to the services you use.

Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Center Court may use or link to third-party technology providers and platforms for services such as reservations, memberships, payment processing, ratings, communications, analytics, social media, video, or other functions.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Center Court is not responsible for the availability, security practices, content, or independent actions of third-party services that are not controlled by Center Court.

The Center Court Pickleball Club name, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, website content, promotional materials, trademarks, service marks, and other original content are owned by Center Court or used with permission.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Center Court, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Center Court intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to Center Court trademarks or intellectual property except for the limited right to use our services for their intended purpose.

If you voluntarily submit photographs, videos, reviews, comments, suggestions, testimonials, feedback, or other content to Center Court, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

Any specific rights granted to Center Court regarding user-submitted content will be governed by the terms presented when the content is submitted or by any applicable release or agreement.

Feedback, ideas, or suggestions voluntarily submitted regarding Center Court services may be used by Center Court to evaluate and improve its services without creating an obligation to compensate the person submitting the feedback unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Center Court works to provide accurate, reliable, and current information; however, website information, schedules, pricing, availability, program details, operating hours, and other content may occasionally contain errors or require updates.

Services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technology issues, facility conditions, emergencies, weather, special events, third-party outages, or other circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, Center Court does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its website, online platforms, communications, or other technology services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Center Court and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or digital services.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Liability relating to physical participation in Center Court activities may also be governed by applicable waivers, releases, membership agreements, and other documents executed in connection with participation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of Center Court services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of your Center Court account.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Center Court for conduct for which indemnification may not lawfully be required.

Center Court may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account, service, membership, facility, program, or website feature when permitted under applicable agreements or when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, violation of Center Court policies, misuse of services, safety concerns, fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these Terms.

Applicable refund, cancellation, or membership rights will continue to be governed by the agreement or policy applicable to the specific service.

Center Court may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, policies, business practices, messaging programs, or legal requirements.

When material changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date displayed on this page and provide additional notice when appropriate.

Your continued use of Center Court services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to SMS or marketing consent will not retroactively create consent where affirmative consent is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by Center Court to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Use of Center Court websites, services, accounts, and communications is also subject to the Center Court Pickleball Club Privacy Policy.
