Program Eligibility

Who IS Eligible

✓ Any currently active, paid member in good standing.
✓ Non-standard members (juniors, seniors, open-play) referring any membership type.
✓ Members at different clubs referring each other (not simultaneously).

Gold · Platinum · Diamond

Amount standardized across all clubs.

Per referral. Referrer must be in good standing.

* Volume-Based Sliding Scale: Reward payouts for standard tier referrals operate on a quantity-based sliding scale per quarter. The more referrals a member makes within a single payout period, the higher the Account Credit value earned per referral.

** Non-Standard Exclusions: Non-Standard Members that are referred pay a flat $25 in Account Credit, but those types of referrals do not count toward the quantity based sliding-scale.

Credits are compiled at end of quarter and posted to member account by the 15th of the first month of the following quarter.

Common Scenarios & FAQ

When did Center Court launch the referral program?

Active Now We performed a test rollout in January 2026, and once we ironed out the kinks, we officially launched our referral program in April of 2026.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No Limit Absolutely not! You can refer as many friends and family members as you’d like. Our sliding scale rewards you even more for high-volume referrals!

What if the referred member cancels immediately?

No Credit Referred members must remain active for at least 15 days without submitting a cancellation form for the credit to vest.

Can I use my Account Credit to buy food, drinks, or pro-shop gear?

Yes Yes! Account Credit spends just like cash inside the club for food, beverages, and merchandise.

Can Account Credit be used to upgrade my membership tier?

Yes Yes, you can apply your earned Account Credit toward upgrading your membership to a higher tier!

What if the referring member cancels before the payout period ends?

No Credit The referring member must be an active member in good standing at time of payout. Canceling forfeits the reward.

Can a member get credit if they forgot to mention the referral?

7-Day Grace We allow a 7-day window from the join date to add a referral retroactively for any referrals that were forgotten.

Do I get credit if I refer a family member who lives in my household?

Eligible Yes! As long as they sign up for their own individual, paid membership, household members absolutely count.

What if the referring member was on a Freeze when the new member signed up?

Delayed If a referral is made while the referring member’s account is on freeze, the reward is simply delayed. They will receive their credit(s) during the quarterly payout following their unfreeze date.

Can I use my Account Credit to pay for clinics, leagues, or private lessons?

Yes Yes! You can reinvest your Account Credit right back into your game by using it for our premium programming.

Do I get credit if the person I refer joins a different Center Court location?

All Clubs Definitely. Our system tracks referrals across all Center Court Pickleball Club locations.

Can a same-day new member refer someone right away?

Not Allowed Same-day referrals are not permitted. A member must be active for at least 7 days before they are eligible to refer others.

Does Account Credit expire?

No Expiration As long as your membership remains active and in good standing, your earned Account Credit will remain on your account.

Can I refer a coworker or my entire office?

Encouraged Absolutely! We highly encourage sharing the sport. Each individual who signs up counts as a separate referral.

Two people sign up the same day and want to refer each other — is that allowed?

Not Allowed Two members cannot refer each other simultaneously. Each referral must be one-directional.

The referred member joined a different club with a higher/lower Gold rate — do amounts differ?

No Difference All referral rewards are standardized. The club’s individual Gold membership price does not affect the referral credit amount.
