Welcome to our Club Policies page! Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our members and guests.

General Policies

Attire: Shirt and court shoes required.

Outside Food & Drink: Not allowed.

Speakers: No outside speakers allowed.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Private Lessons: 24-hour cancellation required (50% refund as credit on account)

Clinics: 24-hour cancellation required (penalty: $10)

Open Play: 24-hour cancellation required (penalty: $10)

Court Reservations: 12-hour cancellation required (penalty: $20)

As part of our commitment to providing an exceptional membership experience, these policies ensure all members have a fair chance to enjoy our facilities and programming.

Open Play

  • Members can attend one Open Play session per day.
  • Guests can attend a max of two Open Play Open Houses for free. There will be a $20 fee per Open Play Open House session after two have been attended.

Court Usage:

  • A member can participate in a maximum of one court reservation per day.
  • A member's account can hold up to 4 court reservations at a time.
  • Every court reservation must reflect the name(s) of all participating members and/or guests.

Outside Coaches

Policy Statement: To maintain a high-quality experience and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all members and guests, Center Court Pickleball Club does not allow coaching by outside instructors on its premises.

Purpose: This policy is designed to:

  • Ensure consistent and professional coaching standards.
  • Protect the integrity of our programs and services.
  • Provide a fair and enjoyable environment for all members and guests.

Scope: This policy applies to all members, guests, and visitors of Center Court Pickleball Club.

Guidelines:

  1. Authorized Coaches Only:
  • Only coaches and instructors officially affiliated with Center Court Pickleball Club are permitted to conduct coaching sessions on its premises.
  • Unauthorized coaching, including private lessons or clinics conducted by non-affiliated coaches, is strictly prohibited.
  1. Member and Guest Compliance:
  • Members and guests are expected to adhere to this policy and refrain from engaging outside coaches for lessons or clinics within Center Court Pickleball Club facilities.
  • Any member or guest found violating this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, including suspension or revocation of membership privileges.
  1. Reporting Violations:
  • Members and guests are encouraged to report any observed violations of this policy to Center Court Pickleball Club management.
  • Reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.

Enforcement: Center Court Pickleball Club reserves the right to enforce this policy through the following measures:

  • Immediate termination of any unauthorized coaching session.
  • Issuance of warnings or penalties to members or guests involved in violations.
  • Possible suspension or revocation of membership for repeated or severe violations.

Junior Participation

Minimum Age: 7 years old. Any junior under the age of 13 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian, unless they are under the direction of Center Court Pickleball Club coaching staff.

Adult Programming: Juniors may join based on skill level at the discretion of Center Court Pickleball Club management.

  

Guest Policy

(We Love When You Bring Guests!)

 

Spectators: Spectators will be required to sign a waiver, but they will not be subject to any fees.

Participation: Guests can attend a court reservation or Open Play session when accompanied by a member of the club. Member & Guest must check-in together at the front desk.  

Non-Member Guests:  Non-members can attend Events such as Leagues, Clinics, and Member/Guest Tournaments for a non-member fee. *Do not have to attend with a Member

Day Use Lockers

Members and guests can use lockers free of charge. Lockers cleaned nightly; all items left in locker will be stored in Lost & Found no more than 14 days.  

 

Lost & Found

Any items left by a member or guest will be held for two weeks.

  

League Rules

If a league participant cannot attend a league session, they will be liable for finding a substitute for that session. Substitutes are permitted in the final week of league, but no team with a substitute player can win the league.

  

Demo Paddle Policy

Members can rent a demo paddle from Center Court Pickleball Club for a daily fee of $5, while a guest can do the same for $10. If an individual decides to purchase a paddle after a demo, the amount charged for the demo will be applied towards the purchase price of the paddle.

  

Ball Machine

Members can rent a ball machine at a rate of $30/hour. Members can also bring their own ball machine free of charge.

Membership Policies

 

Membership Cancellation

  • Cancellation Deadline: For a cancellation request to go into effect, the request must be made by the 25th of the prior month. Any requests after the 25th will go into effect the month following the requested month.
  • Method: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your home club via in person, email, or mail.
  • Dues: Members will be responsible for any dues and charges until the effective cancellation date.

 

Membership Freeze

  • Frequency: One time per calendar year
  • Duration: Increments of one month and for a maximum of 6 consecutive months.
  • Freeze Fee: $20 per month.
  • Freeze Deadline: For a freeze request to go into effect, the request must be made by the 25th of the prior month. Any requests after the 25th will go into effect the month following the requested month.
  • ‍Method: Freeze requests must be submitted in writing to your home club via in person, email, or mail.

Billing cycle (Auto bill)

Your membership dues will be posted to your account on the 28th of each month, with charges applied on the 1st for all activity from the previous month. Please review your account activity and balance before the 1st via the app or website.
