CC Ecosystem – QuickBooks Integration Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the CC Ecosystem application (“the App”), developed and operated by Center Court Pickleball for its own internal use, accesses and handles data obtained through the QuickBooks Online API.
What the App Is
The App is an internal integration that connects Center Court Pickleball’s QuickBooks Online accounts (one per club location, plus the corporate entity) to Center Court Pickleball’s internal operations database (“CC Ecosystem”). It is used exclusively by Center Court Pickleball staff and contractors to reconcile membership, payment, and accounting records across our own systems. It is not distributed to, or used by, any party outside Center Court Pickleball.
Data We Access
With authorization granted through QuickBooks’ own sign-in and consent process, the App may access:
- Customer and vendor records
- Invoices, sales receipts, payments, and refunds
- Journal entries and general ledger accounts
- Items, classes, and departments (locations)
- Other standard QuickBooks Online Accounting API data needed to reconcile financial records
How We Use This Data
Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is copied into Center Court Pickleball’s own internal database, where it is combined with membership and payment data from our other systems (Court Reserve, SafeSave) to maintain a single, accurate financial and membership record for each club location. This data is used only for Center Court Pickleball’s own internal accounting, membership management, and business reporting.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share data obtained through this integration with any third party. Data stays within Center Court Pickleball’s own internal systems.
Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by and for Center Court Pickleball, with access restricted to authorized Center Court Pickleball personnel and service accounts. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect this data from unauthorized access.
Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as needed to support Center Court Pickleball’s ongoing business operations and recordkeeping obligations.
