Zach Lucas
Zach Lucas joins the Center Court Pickleball Club team as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. With 25 years of leadership experience, Zach is known for driving revenue growth and fostering a results-driven culture. Previously, he served as Chief Learning Officer for 4 Franchise Brands, successfully onboarding and training over 100 locations. Zach also held roles as National Sales Manager for Apex Fitness Group, where he trained 24-Hour Fitness employees and was responsible for $7 million in annual revenue, and as Vice President of Fitness at Pure Fitness, where he significantly increased sales and profitability. Residing in Phoenix, AZ, Zach enjoys fitness, family activities, and competitive sports with his wife, stepdaughter, and sons Jaxon and Mason.
RYAN TREFRY
Ryan Trefry is Vice President of Operations for Center Court Pickleball Club. Ryan’s most recent position was Director of Pickleball for Legacy Park, where he ran the largest private pickleball facility in the US. He has also served as an Ambassador for USA Pickleball, a Board member for Pickleball United, Director of Pickleball for Red Mountain Ranch, and a tournament director with National Pickleball.
Tim Keightley
Tim Keightley joins Center Court Pickleball as our new CEO. He brings over 25 years of transformative leadership in the health and wellness industry. Renowned for igniting brand growth and optimizing operational efficiencies, Tim has driven IPO successes and improved key performance metrics across global corporations and independent franchises.
Tim brings a relentless pursuit of excellence and a philosophy of "People Focused, Performance Driven" to Center Court Pickleball. His leadership fosters empowerment and innovation, ensuring exceptional experiences for members and the Center Court team.
With international experience across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Tim has revitalized brands and led initiatives at Fitness First UK, Town Sports International, and Gold’s Gym International. As a former professional golfer and as the personal trainer to a former heavyweight champion of the world, he advocates for sports' transformative power and is dedicated to enhancing the pickleball experience and inspiring communities to play for life.
TARL ROBINSON
Founder and Chairman of Plexus Worldwide®, Tarl is the former 14-year CEO of the “The Health and Happiness Company” that specializes in quality nutritional supplements and an online income opportunity, in Scottsdale, AZ. Under his leadership the team elevated from a startup company to a global billion-dollar sales organization. He firmly believes that Center Court will be much more than the premier pickleball club, but a place that its members enjoy and belong.
