The 2027 70+ pilot offers Men’s and Women’s teams at 3.0 and 3.5. Center Court requires at least six rostered players for sponsorship, including teams using APPL’s four-player match format.

A co-captain is optional for this application, but APPL requires one for team registration. The captain and any co-captain entered here count toward your roster and will receive an application confirmation email.

Your captain and co-captain are already counted. Add your other players below; list each person only once.

Your information will be used to review this application, verify membership, and communicate about sponsorship. Read our Privacy Policy.
