CC Ecosystem – QuickBooks Integration End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the CC Ecosystem application (“the App”), an internal software integration developed and owned by Center Court Pickleball that connects QuickBooks Online to Center Court Pickleball’s internal operations database.

1. Scope of Use

The App is licensed for use solely by authorized Center Court Pickleball staff and contractors, solely for the purpose of syncing and reconciling Center Court Pickleball’s own accounting data between QuickBooks Online and Center Court Pickleball’s internal systems. The App is not licensed for use by, or distribution to, any party outside Center Court Pickleball.

2. Ownership

The App and all associated code, configuration, and infrastructure are the property of Center Court Pickleball. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership interest in QuickBooks Online or any Intuit product or service.

3. Data Access

Use of the App requires the account holder to authorize access to their QuickBooks Online company data through Intuit’s own authentication and consent process. Center Court Pickleball’s use of any data obtained this way is described in the App’s Privacy Policy.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided for internal business use on an as-is basis. Center Court Pickleball makes no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Changes

Center Court Pickleball may modify the App or this Agreement at any time to reflect changes in its internal business operations or in QuickBooks Online’s own API and requirements.
